CHEAC is pleased to offer to CHEAC Members and LHD personnel professional training sessions on a wide array of topics, including leadership and management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and public health programs and services. These trainings will be conducted virtually in partnership with UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and with support from The California Endowment.

To ensure active engagement and to maximize participation, training sessions are limited to 30 participants each. Because trainings are offered free of cost and have limited space availability, CHEAC Staff will track and monitor attendance and active participation and will notify designated CHEAC Members of missed sessions.

You will be placed on a waitlist for the session and will receive an email confirmation when you are successfully enrolled in the session. Enrollees will receive an email from a representative from UC Davis with the training details and materials approximately one week ahead of the session.

Training Session Expectations:

Attendees will be expected to be actively engaged and on camera for the duration of the training session.
Do not register for a session if you have a scheduling conflict (even if a partial conflict).
Registrants will be placed on a waitlist and enrolled in each session based on session interest, availability, and jurisdictions represented; a confirmation email will be generated when you are enrolled in the session(s).

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance by notifying [email protected].
Registrants who fail to attend their first session will be prohibited from registering for future sessions for one month.
Subsequent failures to attend sessions will result in the jurisdiction being prohibited from registering for future sessions for one month.
CHEAC Staff will track and monitor attendance and will notify designated CHEAC Members of missed sessions and restrictions on registering for future courses.
