Substitutions — Substitutions may be made at no charge by September 12 by emailing CHEAC ([email protected]).

Cancellations — Registrations may be cancelled by emailing ([email protected]) or calling CHEAC (916-327-7540). Full refunds (less a $25 service fee) are available through August 31. Refunds less a 50 percent fee are available September 1-September 12. Refunds or credits for a cancellation will not be available after September 12.

No Show — No refunds will be issued for no shows or for cancellations made on or after September 12.
